Arlo essential 1 out of the 4 will not connect to app or stay charged

I bought a 4 pack of arlo cameras and 1 out of the 4 will not connect to app or stay charged, have reset it and still doesn’t work have left it on charger and tried to connect it there but still won’t connect any help would be great

I suggest either exchanging with the seller or contacting support (asking for an RMA).

 

Exchanging with the seller is likely faster/easier.
