Hi,
I installed Arlo essential spotlight nearly a weak ago. Today I have problem with live strem. I have checked network at home ( 2.5 gHz), I have checked to reinstall Arlo app. The problem is that only live strem does not work and I see on the screen that my phone try to connect to camera but it does not work. I tried to disconnect wifi and connect again. Do you have some suggestions whats wrong and can I do something about that?

Can you stream when WiFi is turned off?

I can not live-streem when I turn off wifi or on.

I tried even push sync button and scan QR code and now it is just blue light on the whole time. I even disconnect VPN and my phone and camera is both on 2,4gHz. The router is connected to camera, but camera or Arlo app are still not connected. Can I do something more?

Remove the camera from Settings, My Devices. Perform the reset procedure found in the FAQ in the support section here by holding the small reset button until the LED flashes. Try to set the camera up again as if new.
