Hi everyone! I've had my Arlo Essential Spotlight Camera for 4 months now. I had no issues connecting it/setting it up in the Arlo app until now. I took the camera down to charge it. When I tried to put it back, it would "appear offline" in the app. So I decided to remove the device from the app, and re-connect it. Only now, I scan the QR code, the chime noise happens, but when the app goes to the next screen "looking for your arlo camera" it always fails to find any camera. 

 

Any solutions? Or should I just return the camera for a new one under the warranty? Thanks for the help!

Try resetting the camera first. You can find directions in the FAQs in the sup[port section here.

cameras will not sync to mobile device; have tried restarting the router, base station, and cameras
