Arlo Light staying on

Needing some help please
My cameras light is not turning off at night and my batteries go flat,have reset camera but it still keeps doing it any help would be great

I'd start by removing and re-onboarding the camera.

Since it may be a hardware issue, use Settings, Support to possibly start a return process.

Do you have more than one camera behaving this way or is it just one camera?
