Arlo Essential - not ringing doorbell

My Arlo video doorbell is giving good alerts to our iPhones with excellent video pics.  The problem is that the traditional doorbell whilst connected is not being triggered by Arlo - any ideas out there?

Do you mean the traditional chime?

 

Which doorbell do you have? (AVD1001 or AVD2001)?

 

Also what chime manufacturer/model?
