Arlo Essential not recording

We have an arlo essential, but it’s stopped recording any movement. It still works if I manually go into it. Have tried turning it on and off again and we still have a couple weeks left of our 3 month trial. Unsure what to do from here

Do you mean you can livestream?  Or that you can make a manual recording when livestreaming?

 

Have you checked that the camera is armed?
