My camera isnt detecting motion, im aware that its sensitivity decreases when looking through glass but didnt expect it to be this bad. No motion detection when walking back and forth according to attached screenshot.

The only Arlo cameras that detect through glass are the Q and Essential Indoors cameras. That's because they work on pixel changes, not IR detection. Most glass blocks the IR needed for the camera to detect so they need to be mounted outdoors.
