Have an Arlo essential that disconnected from WiFi tried to reset got toQR code tried to sync but camera still won’t connect have tried a few times but all unsuccessful camera is maybe 3 years old the other 2 are working fine.

After making sure the battery is charged, use this FAQ for resetting and reconnecting:

If that doesn't work, it's likely a faulty camera which is out of warranty. You'd need to buy a new one.
