I have several cameras in my setup all with their own solar panel. One of them is now not charging from the panel at all and when I brought it in to charge it only held on to the charge for a few hours. It is now down to 12%. What can I do?

We are all sorted now - the answer is that if you have workmen climbing all over your roof for an extended time period switch the camera off, it cannot cope with that amount of triggering/recording!

You may need to use Settings, Support to choose your camera and get in contact with official support. You must have a subscription to be able to get that support.
