Arlo Essential XL offline every few days?

Anyone else experiencing camera going offline every few days?  I'm not able to re-connect easily. Very frustrated after viewing the links and more frustration after 3 unsuccessful chat sessions. The agents seem sincere, but are not very helpful in resolving issues. I had one agent tell me: "I am new and really couldn't help".  What !?!?  Another agent said they would send helpful links via email . . . NEVER received them!  The last agent, just a few minutes ago, abruptly left the chat, without helping!  I love this camera, when it's working.  But ready to return it, unless someone has a solution for me - and a reason to keep it.  Thanks !

This would seem to be a connection issue with the router or hub. Move the camera closer to whichever it's connected to and see if it works properly then.
