I recently bought a 4 pack of these cameras from Officeworks, Mentone (Melbourne) and found immediately on installation that the battery on one of the cameras went flat within a few days. Arlo emailed me advising of this. I was initially away but on my return I tried to recharge it  but after some few times I resorted to contacting Arlo support to see if they could help. Regrettably they have been of no assistance. After some months of repeatedly going in circles it is now clear that they are not going to help. I would now like to return the cameras but I don’t have the original docket.

How do I get the camera to charge and hold its charge for a least several months.

If this isn’t possible then how do I return them and get my money back.

I would be grateful your advice.

Not sure this will help but it's worth trying:

A rapid decline of the battery usually indicates a location or excessive recording issue. Bring the camera closer to your hub or router to see if that helps with battery discharge.
