Hoping someone can help sort me out. I purchased a set of Arlo Essential Spotlight cameras about a year and a half ago, and, admittedly, I did end up letting the battery run out recently. I've charged them all up and all but one is behaving correctly. The blue LED light comes on when I plug it in, indicating that it seems as though it's charging, but when I press the sync button so that I can connect it to the app, it does nothing, almost as if the sync button is broken. I have clicked the sync button quick, and I've held it for a while to see if there's anything that will work, but nothing has. Any tips to help connect this camera so I can get them all back up and running would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi! I did go through those steps but nothing so far unfortunately.
