I have an Arlo Essential Spotlight camera that is not charging. I have 3 others that charge just fine on the same power cord and outlet.
I went through the steps to remove the camera from the system so that I could do a hard reset, but now I can’t add it back at all because the camera is not charging or lighting up at all. Any tips?

Sounds dead to me. Use Settings, Support (Center) to choose your camera model and start talking to official support for a possible RMA.
