I have used the camera for almost 3 months, but recently the camera always loose connection and no any alarm or prompt. It has happened more than 8 times in two weeks. You will never know until you noticed you haven't got any thing like animal alarm or active alarm for whole day, or when you want to check your yard so you open the app. Then you will notice the connection was lost....... I've tried reconnected, reset, deleted and restored, but not always worked. By the way I have've already paid for the new package, but this kind of service makes me feel cheated. I have a camera but no use. At least there should be a notice to let me know the connection is lost. I'm not sure if anyone else has the same problem, how do you solve it?

If you have more than one camera, swap them around to see if it's the camera or location. If only one camera, bring it closer to the hub or router to see if that helps.
