Arlo Essential Spotlight camera to many notifications

I have my camera's setup to notify me when the cameras see people. And have the cameras set to record until the activity is stopped.  I noticed that there are times that I will get a Arlo push notification multiple times a minute for as many as 6 times a minute and that can happen over multiple minutes.  When I check each recording each on is 5 sec long.  Does anyone know if there is any setting that I can set have continue to record the motion it sees but for the Arlo push notifications to pause for a period of time.  For example if the camera sees motion for multiple minutes, only send a push notification once every minute or once every 5 minutes.  Once I know there is motion by my camera I don't need to be notified 6 times in one minute and can go look at my recordings to see what may have occurred or connect to the camera live while motion is going on.  I know I can mute notifications, but the minimum is 30 min and I don't want to keep going to this option to pause notifications.

You might find that it works out better if you set it to record for a fixed duration.
