Struggling to setup camera.
Connected to 2.4ghz
Performed Factory Reset
Uninstalled the app, restarted phone and installed app again
My process:
Scan the QR code
Get the chime
Finds device (very temperamental)
Unable to update firmware
Poor connection or camera offline (see screenshot). I am literally sat next to the router.
I have contacted live chat but got palmed off as based in UK. Contacted UK support, but only available 9-5.30 but I'm not available during these time.
Can anyone help me get set up?

Rewfus,
If your connection is poor, this indicates a range or interference issue could be taking place. If you're camera is right next to the router, range isn't likely the be the problem, do you have any other devices located in the nearby proximity of the router that could be interfering? You might consider turning off any other nearby WiFi devices and then try setup again to isolate the issue.
