Hello. So we have an Arlo Essential Spotlight Camera for my grandmother to monitor here when we aren’t there as she has falls sometimes.
We have set up a new account as we now have a doorbell also, previously it was on another account that we logged into. The camera was added to our account but says it’s offline, I’ve removed device and tried to do the set up process again it all works until it’s looking for devices it’ll say No Device Found I’ve tried this several times to no avail.
What could be the issue? Can you have one Arlo camera connected to two different accounts? If it’s not that I can’t think what it could be.

Yes I’ve done that no issues.
But when trying to do it with the Spotlight camera it just won’t work.

Thank you! So I’ve tried that and I’m still having the same issue. Very frustrating!

I don't exactly follow your initial post but it appears that the camera may have been installed on your grandmother's account, not yours - do I have that right? If so, to install on your account you first have to remove it from the original account. You can then share it with your grandmother if that's what's needed.

Sorry if I didn’t make it clear! Yes the camera was set up on an account for my grandmother. Now we have got ourselves a doorbell Arlo we have set up an account for the doorbell (separate to my grandmothers account) my grandmothers camera won’t connect to our account. So from your post I’m assuming only one account can have the camera on, have I got that right?
thanks!
