Arlo Essential Spot Light VCM2030 not connecting after firmware update

Cameras working fine until the firmware update was installed. This is the second camera doing this. The first one did the firmware update and then it froze and would not do a thing. They finally replaced it with a new (refurbished) one which took well over two months to get. It took a long time to get it connected, finally had it working for 2 days then the firmware update message came up, did the firmware update and its back to its old tricks again. I have tried for 3 days to connect, factory reset absolutely everything absolutely everything. I even brought it to work with me to connect and it can not find the device. I have put with not exaggerating 15 hours into this matter. My Arlo floodlights are working perfectly (touch wood). I am beyond frustrated. Support has been a nightmare. PLEASE HELP.

What error message do you see and at what point during setup are you experiencing the error? What LED behavior do you see on the camera?
