1. There is no QR code anywhere on box or documentation except under the charging tab on camera and app declares it an invalid code.

Nor can I connect to a 2.4 ghz net work.
Ring is easier and I’m 1 hour away from returning this and being done with Arlo. No QR code on it. If this model is discontinued is there no support?

At what point during setup are you experiencing an issue? The QR code should be scanned by aiming the camera at your mobile devices screen, after hearing the chime, you should be able to continue the onboarding process.

The code for scanning is in the arlo app. When adding your device a screen will come up for you to scan with the arlo camera .
