I bought a three pack of Arlo essential cameras in June of 2022 and all three are not working because they wont hold a charge nor can I replace the battery on them. I saw a Better Business Bureau complaint again Arlo for selling these cameras with this defect or is designed obsolescence. The product manager said I could get 30% off toward the purchase of new ones since there have been so many complaints. How do I do that?

Your cameras are still under warranty, Please reach out to the Support Team to further investigate this issue you are experiencing. You can find several options for contacting support though the Arlo Mobile App by navigating to Settings/System/Support.
