Hi

When I log in to active device sessions, there is an extra device logged in under 'Edge'.

Can you please tell me if this is another person who has logged in, or if it is an old log-in on my pc.

I have tried logging that session out but it randomly pops up again every now and then.

When you see the edge login session are you using the arlo app on another device such as your mobile?

 

Do you sometimes use a edge web browser yourself to login? if you’re not logging out the browser it is possible the session is remaining in the session log.

 

 If you’re not using a edge browser then someone else is.

I do sometimes use Edge but I always log out - I will change our password in case there is someone else who has gained access to our account.

Yes, I can see two mobiles logged in (myself and one other person who is authorised to access the account)

Plus the edge browser I am logged in with currently and one other edge browser.   I have asked the other person who uses the account if it is him and he said he only ever logs in on his phone.

 

I will change our password....
