I have been a victim of fraud - Arlo has been double billing me - when I chatted with their online support they made some claim that I had set up another account (lie) and that I then deleted that account (lie) but did not cancel the second plan (lie)
They kept sending to different screens to tell me "oh THIS is where you will see you have two plans."
Guess what - no where on my account does it show two plans.
Anyone else? If you have been the victim of this fraud, please respond here.
thank you.

It may be that you have two accounts, i.e. two email addresses associated with your account. And maybe you put in your card details twice. You need to check that. Did the online support give you the details of the second account/plan? Did they offer to cancel it, or tell you how to cancel it?
If one is a victim of fraud, they should report it to their bank and police.

Hi, I switch to annual payments because they offered two months free. They took the annual payment from my bank account for which I was invoiced, but then tried to take a second different amount with no notification, authorisation or invoice. Both payments were pending on my bank statement. I rang the bank and they told me the second payment had been rejected by them as it was not authorised and will 'drop off'.
I can see no way to contact them. You say you had a chat with them. How do you do that please?

Well, you said you'd chatted to them.
Anyway, obviously their system is still not working properly. Months after users reported issues with it. It shows that Arlo is in a mess.
In the UK there is a regulator - Financial Conduct Authority - that fines companies for such practices if proven responsible.

@PJoseph73 and @ant1568 I would be more than happy to have someone look into this further. Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
