My VMB 4500 base station suddenly stopped working with an amber flashing light. Tried factory resetting a number of times with no success. Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance!

Are you seeing it in the attached devices list in your router?

No, I am not seeing it on the device list but I do see the Arlo wireless SSID being broadcast. I’ve attempted multiple factory resets with no success.

Then it's not able to connect to the router using ethernet.
Have you tried a different ethernet port on the router? Or a different ethernet cable?

Ok, but you also need ethernet working, which doesn't seem to be the case.

Unfortunately, that likely means that the NIC on the base has failed. It's not repairable, so you'll need a new base.
