Is there a theft proof security chain and cover for the  Arlo Spotlight Essential Camera?

No. Many folks have used a security cable connected to the threaded camera mount and whatever the camera is mounted on. With some searches, I'd think some sort of enclosure could be found but be sure that the camera can see directly out - no glass in front which would kill motion detection and night vision usage.
