I have 4 cameras that have dropped off my account
- I cannot move the cameras out of the ‘secure trial’. I pay a monthly fee and the subscription is not showing on the account

They are still in your account.
It's unclear how the trials were re-activated. But the cameras will go back on the paid subscription when the trial ends. There is no reason to worry, since the trial has all the features of the paid subscription plan.
I guess you could cancel the monthly paid subscription and repurchase in September. But I'd just leave everything alone, since whatever caused the trials to reactivate might get undone.
