sent a "grant access" request to share devices.  Friend received the request, but the instructions on what the friend is to do after that is a little vague. They try to setup an account but the "server is down" or something like that.  Whats up?

There's a bug Arlo is still chasing down.  There is a workaround you could try on a PC: https://community.arlo.com/t5/Arlo-Pro-2/database-service-currently-down-message/m-p/1848763/highlig...
