Hi - I have 4 cameras and only one is recording. All the articles say to add the cameras to the plan by dragging the cameras in, but the cameras aren't showing to allow me this option. I been charged for recording service for months but the cameras arent recording.

What plan do you currently have? Also, do you see Library to view recordings or Feed?

I have a multi camera plan. I can see my latest camera but not the 3 original cameras. They aren't showing under no plan so I can't "drag" them into subscription.

Are the cameras still showing as connected in your account but just not in a subscription? We need to know what all the camera models are, especially the older ones.

i think this camera is attached to a base station but when I removed device in attempt to get it working I can’t reconnect it. I can’t find an article anywhere that speaks in plan English!! I’ve spent so many hours on this….
