Adding Friends Problem

Help! I set up my camera and i am trying to give access to my friends and they’ve accepted the invite but in the app, they cannot see the cameras! We are all on the same wifi

Is it possible that you are seeing "Library" on your menu, but they are seeing "Feed"?

If that's the situation, then you need to migrate to "Feed" as well.  You do that by adding a Pro 5s or home security system in "add device".  That will fail (since you don't have those devices), but it will migrate you to "feed" in the process.

Be aware that there are some bugs (and limitations) with "Feed" - and that you cannot switch back to "Library" afterwards.

Also, once migrated, the guest account needs to click on the Home selection at the top and choose the bottom choice, which will be YOUR Home. I suggest renaming one or both users' Home to be obvious whose is whose.
