ARLO essential - I cannot get my camera to connect

I cannot get my camera to connect. I’m using an iPhone on a 2G network, I get the chimes and the search icon goes round and round, but just won’t connect. Getting very frustrated having gone through the procedure many times. Help!

Maybe try a PC (browse to my.arlo.com)
