VMC2030-I followed a 99 cent offer link when I logged into my Arlo essential spotlight camera today and so I signed up. When I looked at the details of my subscription, it said I'd be charged $6.00. I called the customer support and was told not only would I be charged the higher amount but would also be charged a $99.00 yearly fee because the camera was a couple of yrs old! I'd like to cancel immediately but need some assurance I'll not be charged this crazy yearly fee! Why was I sent this link?

Where did you get the customer support number? I don't think you were talking to Arlo support.
