2 of the cameras connected without a problem, and work great. 3rd camera connects, but when I name it (right before checking for a firmware update), it has an "internal error" and won't progress at all. 4th camera I can name, but fails at the firmware update, and won't connect to position the screen. Just a gray screen with "connecting", and it won't go past that point. Both camera's are fully charged, and I've tried connecting them with and without being plugged in. Both camera's have also been reset several times. My app has been deleted and reinstalled (again, the 2 original cameras connect with absolutely no problems, but the other 2 hang up at the same spots as before). The WIFI is never changed, and is a 2.4 connection. Tried all the "troubleshooting" (not helpful at all), and about to use these camera's for baseball practice. Anyone have any kind of advice?

connection keeps timing out. So far I've tried support 5 times, and the longest I've managed to stay on was 4 minutes. That's why I came to the forums, in hopes that somebody here has had the same issue and could give some advice

I accidentally allowed my Arlo Pro 2 camera to run flat. I charged it back up but now can’t reconnect it to the hub. I’ve tried removing it from the app but now the app can’t find it. I’ve removed the battery and tried again ten times, tried power cycling the base station. Nothing. Is it dead after running flat? Seems pretty poor.

There is a recommended process here: https://kb.arlo.com/000052305/My-Arlo-Pro-or-Arlo-Pro-2-battery-is-dead-what-do-I-do

You can't follow it exactly because you removed the camera from the system, but it still might help.
