Outdoor Charging Cable for Essential Spotlight

I'm like many people who want to replace an older Arlo camera which is connected with a USB cable (so we don't have to recharge the battery) with the Essential Spotlight. When can we expect a compatible charging cable for the Spotlight? The solar is not an option, as it requires additional mounting and it's not an area which receives good sunlight. Thanks.

Thank you for the suggestion. We do not have any outdoor powering cable planned for the Essential Spotlight Camera at this moment, but please check back on Arlo.com for future announcements. The camera comes with a long lasting integrated battery, which provides 6 months of battery life for sustained peace of mind (Based on usage of 4000 seconds per month, 30 seconds per stream, and day/night events split 2:1. Will vary with device settings, use, and environmental factors)
