I have a subscrition and I can't talk or chat with anyone. I've spent hours traying with no luck. My cameras are not recording I rather spend money buying different cameras than to go thru this.

Have you tried the support center in the app?

 

Likely the holiday break has reduced their staffing somewhat.

I have had the same problem trying to contact a live body for the 2 years I’ve had my subscription.  Currently, I have 2 requests submitted through the chat AI thing that have gone ignored. For months!  I have 6 essential outdoor cameras.  So frustrating to pay for a service with zero in person support.  Arlo should do better for its customers.

Have you tried the phone support option in the support center?
