Hello !
We have 2 Arlo cameras and we have had those for one year. They seemed to work okay without too many glitches over time. We are currently away from our home and we rely heavily on our Arlo cams which now show as "OFFLINE".
Yesterday, both cams were fine...today they both report offline.
We have not changed anything. Our wifi is very strong and the camera batteries are fully charged.
Trying to contact support is a total frustration and because of that we regret our puchases and our one camera subscription for nearly $100 yearly.
any suggested remedies ??

I am showing both cameras are online. Are you still seeing the same behavior?

While there are various possibilities, the first thing I would try would be to reboot the router. Since you're away, do you have anyone that can access it to pull the power plug and plug it back in for you?

Yes, they are back up and working !! I can't thank you enough, Brooke ! Again, we rely heavily on those cams .
But how come both cams went offline at the same time ? How did they come back online? We were not home to effect a "re-boot...."

I am unsure, it may have been your Wi-Fi went out for a moment or the router did a reset. It is hard to know exactly what caused it. But I am glad they are back up and running as expected. I hope you have a great weekend.
