Wireless camera buffering non stop but worked just fine this morning

My camera is buffering and will not pull up my live feed. This morning at work just fine. Contact support. They said that my Internet connection is working perfectly. What is wrong?

Are you remote?  Or are you on site, and connecting to your home wifi?
