I have a camera that was shipped FedEx on 6/8, since 6/10 the shipment hasn’t moved. Every day FedEx’s website moves the delivery date back by one day. I called fedex about 5 days ago and they said the package last shows in a trailer and it appears to be lost. FedEx informed me that I needed to contact the sender to start a claim which I did immediately.
i gave a thorough description of what FedEx told me and I explained to Arlo support originally my package was supposed to arrive on 6/10, everyday its pushed back a day and I need arlo to start a claim with fedex.
Even though I was very clear with Arlo support I get an email 2 days later instructing me to follow up with FedEx for an update on this shipment!!
i did follow up with FedEx and thats the reason I called for help. Now 5 more days have passed and the only action Arlo has taken is emailing me to follow up with FedEx
