Trying to add another new camera

I am trying to add another camera to the base station. It is reading it correctly as it flashes, and even get to the point that it says camera has been added  But I do not see it on the screen at all  I have tried it multiple times

These is a 3rd gen Essential camera?  Is it new, or is it pre-owned?

What model is the base station?

Which screen? It should automatically show in Devices but not Dashboard. To have it show in Dashboard, you have to click on the "+" at the top right and add a widget for the camera.

An update on this. I was able to resolve it with our technical support Help. It appears that the version of my base Stationdoes not seem to work with the latest app update number 38  

We had to add it directly to the Wi-Fi and now it appears  I had started doubting my intelligence That I could not set up such a small thing! 

I would think our load did not do complete testing before launching the Latest version of the app
