I have four outside essential third generation cameras, solar, and they will randomly go off-line and stay off-line never come back on or sometimes I come back on after an hour, or it may be a couple of days. we have tried all the troubleshooting suggestions Arlo has given for this particular camera. We have even set up a second network on our Internet for the camera strictly on 2.4 and all of this is to no avail. Has anyone else had these issues? What is the solution? I’m almost ready to give up

Did you try bringing one camera closer to your router for testing?

we have even had the modem/router replaced and added a mesh Wi-Fi extender. We have checked signal strength via a different device standing at the cameras outside and signal strength is excellent. These are solar cameras so I don’t know if that makes them that much different from ones that are on batteries. I had some Arlo‘s that ran on batteries several years ago and I had no issues with those and they were in the same positions as these now.

Do you mean cameras that are conneced to a solar panel accessory? They are run on batteries, the panel just trickle-charges them.
Most outdoor Arlo cameras can be connected to a panel - it would be useful to know the model number.
