Not connecting to internet

Never have I dealt with such confusing cameras. They don’t connect to internet and sign me up for premium packages in which I didn’t sign up for.

Thank you for the feedback regarding this. Can you provide more detail regarding your connectivity concern? Has this just recently started happening? And for the subscription; You were automatically signed up? Can you Private message me with the email address associated with your account?
