No access to cameras

I have an account with the company. I change internet company. My problem is that my cameras don’t show up on my phone to reset them

Assuming the cameras are connected to your router, log into the router's settings pages and change the WiFi SSID and password to match what the old router used. Also check the encryption method and make sure it's using one that includes WPA2 (AES) since that's what the cameras use.
