Local Storage since Arlo App Update

I have 2 x Essential Outdoor cameras which were recording fine to my Arlo Storage Hub for a number of years.

Recently when the app changed it moved me to a Cloud Storage trial which was ok and I thought it would move back to Local once the trial finished.

Trial has finished and all throughout the app I'm getting messages to "get a plan" and appears as if nothing is recording locally.

I have confirmed both cameras are configured for the Storage Hub and the Storage Hub is enabled to record locally.

Is this just me or there is no longer options to record locally only?

The "get a plan" message is usually due to some premium features such as activity zones being activated. Check your settings to see if you can disable that feature to eliminate the message.

 

Have you ejected the drive from your hub to check on a computer? Sometimes the videos are actually being stored but for some reason you can't view them.
