I bought some essentials 3rd gen HD cams. The mounts attached to the cams don’t seem to fit my mounting needs. The Arlo shop lists the VMA1000-10000S mounts as compatible with my cams. How do I attach them?

On one of the cams, once I removed the screw securing the factory-installed mount to the camera, everything made sense. The screw holding the mount was threaded into the UNC hole. Removing the screw removed the mount and exposed the hole so I could attach a different mount. Thank you for your help!

Use the supplied screws to attach the mount to whatever surface you need.

The screw threads on the back of the camera are compatible with the mount (as both use the standard 1/4-20 UNC size for consumer cameras).
