Having connection problems. I am the administrator for the account and added my wife a fews back. Everything was working but I think she accidentally upgraded her app and I haven't. Now she can connect. Her app opens up as a new account with the need to add devices. On my app, it still shows she has been granted access. Do I need to upgrade so that she'll be able to view cameras? Or what do we have to do in order to have her access restored or available through her app?

That is one option.
The other is to have her use your Arlo account credentials on her phone.
