My neighbor has twice sent me an invitation to view her camera feed as a guest. I have signed in twice, first time didn’t work at all, second time I saw the dashboard mentioning feedback and clicked on it, and it went back to the screen asking for my password and then demanded that I buy a subscription please help—Arlington chat won’t help me

Do you have your own cameras?
This is confusing - you have two "Home" locations. One is your own (empty if you have no cameras), and the other is hers. Try going to the "Feed" page and pressing on "Home" in the top center. Then select the other location, and see if you see her Feed.
If that works, then press the profile icon in the top left. You'll see both locations listed there, and you can rename them to prevent any confusion.
If that doesn't work, then check with the neighbor - ask if she sees "Feed" and "Dashboard" in her app menu, or if she instead sees "Library". If she sees "Library", she'll need to migrate to "Feed". Post back if she needs instructions on how to do that.

“Arlo” chat will not help because I don’t have a subscription. I do not know which kind of camera it is.

Thank you, Stephen. I do not have an Arlo myself. I have no idea of why arlo shows two home locations, unless those both belong to my neighbor who sent the invite.
ive had nothing but difficulties with Arlo. I replied to the first invite, and even saw my dashboard, but when I clicked on something like “live feed,” it crashed. When I tried to sign in again, Arlo started demanding that I pay for a subscription, and I couldn’t reuse the invite link, so I asked if she could kindly send another invite. This time, I couldn’t get in at all because Arlo was demanding that I pay for a subscription. This was the case both on the website and the Arlo app.
id like to not bother my neighbor again for another invite, or ask to her for troubleshooting, if I can possibly get this problem solved. Arlo won’t even respond because I don’t have a subscription.

Hi Shayne,
This comes as a surprise to me, because as far as I know I not only don’t have access to a Camera, I don’t have any access to the Arlo app or website, because I am not a paying subscriber, so they won’t even acknowledge and help me troubleshoot. I need all the assistance you can provide.

Because the app always creates a home location for you, and that cannot be deleted.
So please try my suggestion - pressing the "home" in the center title, and see if you can switch to the other "home".

IT’S WORKING! Opened the app again just now out of curiosity to see where it was at, and it went right to my feed where I saw a whole bunch of live videos of mama bird feeding babies! Thrilled!
