Battey life

I have 2 essential 3rd gen outdoor cameras i use in my home.  They were i month old and three weeks old. Both cameras were charged about 3 to 4 times. I went to plug them back in to charge, and the blue lights didn't come on. I was using supplied charging cords. I removed them from the app. Went to press the sync button, and no blue sync light. And also couldn't detect a device. I had to return them to the store and they replaced them for me. They both had the same issue about 1 week apart. Any help on trying to reset if problem happens again on my new ones? Thanks

Did you let the cameras completely drain their battery?

Did you try a different charger?

How long did you leave them on the charger?
