Hi......First time posting. I just picked up the Arlo XL Spotlight 3rd Generation 3 Camera set. Getting ready to install it and charging the three cameras. The concern is they've been plugged in for 20 hours and it doesn't appear to be fully charged. When first plugged in the blue LED flashed for a couple seconds, then disappears. The same happened when I disconnected, then plugged them back in to see if my charging bricks/outlets are working. My Essential cameras and LEDs changed without a hitch. Am I doing it correctly or have I missed a step in the instructions. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks......jimmy.

Did the cameras come with only a cable or with a power brick, too? You need to use a power supply that provides 5 volts DC at 2 amps.

jppinejr,
Were you able to successfully onboard them to you Arlo account? Do they show charging within the Arlo app?

I just purchase the Arlo 3rd gen hub and cameras and am having the same issue with charging the battery. It came with the block and cord it blinked blue when I first started to charge the camera battery but the blue light has yet to turn on. Do I have a bad battery? What was the solution?

The XL battery takes at least 6 hours to charge. Has it been that long now?

Some devices on older firmware versions may not show a solid blue LED when the battery is fully charged. If the LED doesn't turn solid blue, continue onboarding the camera and check the battery within the app. The firmware will update automatically and the latest firmware should show a solid blue LED for future charges.
