I got a 4 pack of new cameras, 3rd Generation wireless outdoor, my app will detect them but then won't populate Wifi list to connect too. it just keeps like timing out to no list of anything. I have reboot the phone, scanned the QR code which brings me to my app anyway, Any ideas?

Try resetting the cameras:

Make sure your phone is connected to your WiFi (disable cell service if necessary), no VPN is in use and that your router is set to use WPA2 (AES) or another mode that supports that.

I tried it with just Wifi, and Airplane mode, it will find the camera, but when I got to Continue to search for wifi, NOTHING shows up. WPA2 Personal is the Security Method, No VPNS.

Are you using iOS or Android? Have you check the app store to make sure you have the latest version installed?

Android, when I scan the QR code on the box of new cameras, it brings me to my current app so it should be updated? I also go to the play store to get the app and it just says Open. Any other ideas are greatly appreciated.

I didn't try the reset you shared in the article but I printed it off to try when I get home.. Thank you for that and I wil let you know..
