Access to Cameras

Hi can anyone tell me with the new arlo secure app, my wife has granted access to me but i can’t turn specific cameras off and on only the 3 main areas of away arm, home arm and stand by, but within those 3 i can’t turn individual cameras off/on, cheers in advance

If you want full control, then you'll need to use your wife's credentials on your phone.

. i just had a phone call from support and my issues was not addressed and i had to hang up the phone call because i could not understand the man on the other line. can we get people who speak proper English. this is ridiculous now
