Second camera won't give motion notification, after it was for the first week of trial period. It's annoying to only get 1st camera notifications during trial period.

Is it still in the subscription plan? Have you checked the mode settings for the mode(s) you are using - making sure that there is a device rule for the second camera, and that the device rule is set to record.
