Time Stamp Question

This was a snapshot taken at 7:14 of the device being disabled.  Does the 2h ago mean the time it was sent to camera, being 5:15ish?   Is the only way to disable through the app or login?

Two hours ago is when the image in the camera tile was captured.

Yes.  Though you can try

• power-cycling the camera
• removing the camera from the account, doing a hardware reset, and adding it back.

Are you having trouble with other camera controls (for instance, livestreaming when the camera is armed).
